This Policy explains how we process personal data while operating Feminive Fanfics and related services, in accordance with Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
1) Data we process
- Account and membership: name, email, password hash, user ID, plan status.
- Billing: transaction identifiers, payment method, last card digits/brand, CPF/CNPJ when required, receipts.
- Authentication and security: IP, user agent, login records, error events, tokens.
- Browsing and cookies: pages visited, timestamps, traffic sources, cookie identifiers.
- Support: messages and attachments.
- Marketing (optional): preferences, email opens, clicks.
- UGC (if available): comments, likes, metadata.
We do not request sensitive data by default. If you voluntarily send it, we will apply the appropriate legal basis and safeguards.

3) Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential: login, operation, and security.
- Performance/Analytics: measure audience and understand usage.

4) Sharing with third parties (processors)
We only share what is needed to run the service:
- Hosting/Infra: Vercel
- Database/Backend: Supabase
- Authentication: Auth0
- Payments: Stripe, Mercado Pago
- Email and newsletter: Zoho Campaigns
- Analytics and SEO: Google Analytics, Search Console
These partners process data under our instructions and contracts.
5) International transfers
Data may be processed outside Brazil. We rely on contractual safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and technical measures that align with the LGPD.
6) Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, event logging, environment segregation, and secure development practices. No method is infallible, but we continually reinforce protections.
7) Data subject rights
Under the LGPD you may request:
- confirmation of processing;
- access to data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary/excessive data;
- portability, as regulated;
- deletion of data processed with consent;
- information about sharing with third parties;

8) Adults only (18+)
This site is intended exclusively for people 18 or older.
9) Retention and disposal
We keep data only for the necessary time tied to the stated purposes and legal periods. Afterwards we securely delete or anonymize the records (including rotating backups).
10) Marketing communications
We send marketing emails only with consent. You may unsubscribe anytime through message links or by contacting the DPO.
11) Automated decisions and profiling
If we rely on decisions made exclusively through automated processing (including profiling) that affect your interests, you may request human review and explanations about the criteria used.
12) Security incidents
If an incident causes relevant risk or harm, we will notify affected users and the ANPD when applicable, sharing measures adopted and guidance.
13) Policy updates
We may update this Policy due to operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The current version will always be available at /legal/privacy-policy/. Material updates will be highlighted and, when applicable, we will request new consent.
