Terms of Service

1) Eligibility and Account

• 18+ only. The site is restricted to adults (18 years or older). Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated.
• Data and credentials. You are responsible for providing true information and keeping your password safe.
• Personal use. Sharing credentials, reselling, or sublicensing access is forbidden.

2) What we offer

• A mix of free and members-only content.
• A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read while your access is active.
• Dynamic catalog. Availability may change at any time.

3) Subscriptions and pricing

• Plans and perks are shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal continues until you cancel.
• Price notices. Future changes are announced beforehand and apply only to upcoming cycles.

4) Payments

• Processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe / Mercado Pago).
• By subscribing you authorize recurring charges.
• Chargebacks/disputes. If your bank reverses a payment we may suspend access.

5) Cancellation and Cooling-off

• Cancel anytime in the dashboard. You keep access through the period already paid.
• Cooling-off (Brazilian CDC art. 49). Within 7 days of purchase you may request a refund via email; we reimburse through the original payment method.

6) Conduct and Prohibited Content

Do not:

• Publish, request, or distribute illegal content, anything involving minors, non-consensual acts, or materials that infringe third-party rights;
• Copy, record, scrape, mirror, automate downloads, or create derivative works without authorization;
• Harass, threaten, incite hate, discriminate, or expose third-party data;
• Attempt to bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, or overload the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

7) Intellectual Property

• Texts, marks, and assets belong to Feminive Fanfics or licensors (Brazilian Copyright Law 9.610/1998).
• These Terms do not transfer copyrights; your license is limited to access/use.

8) User-Generated Content (UGC)

• When posting UGC (e.g., comments) you assert you own the rights and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Site for as long as it remains published.
• Infringement notices: email us with identification of the material and its URL.

9) Privacy

• Data is processed under the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and our Privacy Policy.

10) Availability and Maintenance

• The service may be unavailable during maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure.

11) Warranties and Liability

• Liability cap: up to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months before the event.
• No responsibility for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, third-party failures, or force majeure.

12) Communications

• Notices may be sent to your registered email or displayed on the site.

13) Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

14) Termination

• You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal orders, or if we discontinue the service.

15) Governing Law and Venue

• Governed by Brazilian law. Venue is the District of Niterói/Rio de Janeiro, unless consumer law grants you another forum.
